The Way To FreeHeart Farm......

From SACRAMENTO (approximately 45 minutes from downtown)

Take Highway 5 (North towards Redding), go past the airport, go over the river,
and just past the town of Woodland take the Highway 16/Esparto/E7 exit.
Turn LEFT on Road 98 and go about 1 ½ miles to Highway 16.
Turn RIGHT on Highway 16 or West towards Madison/Esparto
and the Indian Casino. Go over Highway 505, continue West towards Esparto,
go straight through the Stop Sign at Rd 89 (Esparto is now about 3 miles away).
At the next stop sign (Where Road 21A meets HWY 16)
Highway 16 turns right DO NOT TURN RIGHT!
instead go straight ahead on Road 21A until it dead-ends.
Then turn RIGHT on Road 85B and make an immediate LEFT
onto Road 22 (Follow the signs to the Cemetery).
Then go about 1 ¼ miles up the road to the street sign that says FreeHeart Farm,
our house is the farthest from the road.


From SAN FRANCISCO (approximately 90 minutes from the Oakland Bay bridge)


Take Highway 80 (East towards Sacramento), go past Fairfield.
At the east end of Vacaville take Highway 505 (North towards Redding)
go approximately 20 miles to the Highway 16/Madison-Esparto exit.
Turn LEFT over the hwy go straight through the Stop Sign at Rd 89
(Esparto is now about 3 miles away).
At the next stop sign (Where Road 21A meets HWY 16)
Highway 16 turns right DO NOT TURN RIGHT!
instead go straight ahead on Road 21A until it dead-ends.
Then turn RIGHT on Road 85B and make an immediate LEFT onto Road 22
(signs point to the Cemetery).
Go about 1 ¼ up Road 22 to the sign on the left that says FreeHeart Farm,
our house is the farthest from the road
